Over its multi-decade lifespan, the Chrysler Town & Country has taken home its fair share of awards and honors, and now it has one more to add to its trophy case. Just a couple of days ago, the “Detroit News” named the 2015 Chrysler Town & Country a “Reader’s Choice.” This comes as no surprise to us at Village Motors Inc., as we have gotten the opportunity to get behind the wheel of this new minivan and it takes everything that made previous versions of the vehicle great and turns them up a notch.

The “Detroit News” Reader’s Choice awards were determined by 100 readers of the popular newspaper who won an opportunity to act as juror for the competition. Over 1,033 readers applied. To get more specific, the 2015 Chrysler Town & Country won the honor for “Best Family Hauler” by the panel. Anybody in Millersburg knows that the Chrysler Town & Country is a perfect choice for a family vehicle, thanks to its space-saving Stow ‘n Go seats, numerous entertainment options, and litany of safety features, but it’s still great to see one of our favorite vehicles get recognized by such a respected publication.

With the 2015 Chrysler Town & Country, Wooster and Millersburg residents also get a 3.6-liter Pentastar engine that was named a Ward’s 10 Best Engine winner three times. This engine produces 283 horsepower, 260 pound-per-foot of torque, and also achieves a respectable 25 miles per gallon on the highway.

In addition to the win by the 2015 Chrysler Town & Country, the 2015 Dodge Dart also won a Reader’s Choice award, being named the Best Value. Here at Village Motors, we have both of these capable vehicles in our new inventory, and we invite you to our friendly dealership to give them a test drive. See you soon!
